What To Send
Send everything in your first message and we can usually have an answer from the venue within four hours — often much faster.
Name plus a link if you have one — Tabelog, Google Maps or Instagram all work. Screenshots are fine too.
Your first choice, plus a backup date or time window if you have one — it saves a round trip.
How many adults and children. Counters and small izakaya often cap groups at 4–6.
The name you'll give at the door. That's all most venues need — ID is not normally required.
Allergies, dietary needs, occasions, seating preferences — we relay them to the venue in Japanese.

After You Send
Once your message lands, you're hands-off. Here's the full journey from your first message to the moment you walk in.
A concierge confirms we've received your request — usually within a few hours, daily between 9:00 and 23:00 JST — and asks for anything still missing.
We review your request and send a secure card payment link. You pay the flat fee upfront — this is what lets us start working the venue for you. For standard bookings, if we can't secure it you're refunded in full.
We contact the venue directly in Japanese — by phone, LINE or whichever channel they use — and request your table, seats or room, including any special requests.
We send you what we secured in writing: availability, the venue’s pricing system, any cover charge or minimum spend, and the house rules — so there are no surprises.
Everything in writing: the confirmed time, the name your booking is under, the venue’s cancellation policy, and directions. Nothing left to chance.
For nightlife venues that treat bookings as tentative, we make the Japanese-language confirmation call 30–90 minutes before your visit, so a quiet drop never costs you the table.
